Tried and thumbs up recipe

I wish I could make a whole lot of yummy recipes available on my favorite food blogs but the lazy me can never get around to doing much more then just reading and admiring the recipe and pictures.

Recently, I tried a really simple, healthy and yummy starter recipe of Cream cheese and cucumber nibbles that I had my eyes on for a while, over at Deeba's Passionate about Baking. Deeba's a talent, you'll see that when you visit her blog and browse through the numerous delicious recipes there. Back to this one, with a few variations, i.e. replacing the bell peppers with tomato, adding black olives and a little oregano and herbs to the cream cheese mixture, they turned out to be a hit.

Here's how it looked like:

I made the same cream cheese mixture again the second day, spread them over Arabic bread and baked it for a few minutes. The result was finger-licking. Wish I had clicked some pics but I'll leave it to your imagination on how it could have looked like :)

The recipe for the cream cheese and cucumber nibbles is available here.

Thanks Deeba.

Again, it feels so wonderful to have bloggers I have considered my inspiration to write comments here.

I am truly honored and thanks again.
